1. you will find enemies walking around the map when you leave the aria they will reapear but as a differnt monseter and level but around the same e.i slime lv. 5 crulecumber l.v 6

2. enemys will not scale up if you are a lv. 50 warrior and you travel back to the first area of the game all monsters will run for their lives away form you because they are level 5 or something

3. yes you can every friday the creators of dragon quest 9 will bring out a new side quest this involves killing a high level monster and when you defeat it you will get a recipy for a alcamist item (a pot in the inn will let you mix item to make cool new ones E.G metal slime armor + bronze helmet = metal slime helmet . or something like that

@slaytallidetherafold Well I havnt played it on my regular ds, but it should be perfectly fine since the only upgrade to the dsi is Camera, Slimmer, The Texture, and the bigger screens. No graphic updates whats so ever except for the Nintendo Dsi XL because since the screens are so huge and wide it provides better quality, but you wont have to worry about that.

Interesting. The Japanese version uses an orchestral version of this theme, but the Western version is going to use a midi version. I wonder why.

I have the Japanese version. I've spent 150 hours on it. After watching this video I went back and checked, and sure enough the theme song is orchestral in that version. They changed it to this synthesized version for the Western release.
