The best way to put on a bra properly is to bend over forward and let your breast fall naturally into the cuts, then attach the bra and stand up straight. Nest bring as much of the breast into the cups from the SIDES (putting your hand inside the bra) then adjust the straps. The wire should touch your chest in the middle and form around your rib cage. If the wire pulls away from your chest under the breasts, the cupsize is too small.

Also, if the band around your ribcage is too tight, don't go for the next number around, try a higher cup size and them evaluate. If your cup size is too small, the breast won't be completely in the cup and will take up some of the band around. So make sure the cup fits well. Another point, a 34B is not the same as a 36B. The cup size will be bigger. The B cup in a 34 is the equivalent of a A cup in a 36. - I was trained by a European bra fitter for 3 years and she has 35 years experience.
