Hate to say it, but Wolfman wrote this song, or at least most of it, according to albionarks/wiki. and the official credits!!. As much as shit as the man gets, he's (co-)written a bunch of Peter's greatest songs, Peter says he's a "poet", etc. It's pretty lousy to come on youtube and see Pete getting all the credit for the words. No wonder Wolfe's a bit of a sketchy friend...he must resent that he's known to the world as Doherty's druggy pal, not his collaborator.

No, I didnt know that carl had a solo thing going on too. It would be very interesting to see what his style is going to be. I think he needs to do something that wont try to sound like the libs, DPT tried to do it without pete and failed. Pete's babyshambles and solo career are very different from the libertines. Its more poetic I think.

I don't think this comment is fair to Carl. RASN is a beautiful album. It is melodic and the lyrics are as good as Peter's. I still think DIA is the best post Libertines album but Carl came very close last year. I think they are both brilliant together and apart. I'd love to hear a new Libertines album but I agree that it should not be a step back from their high quality solo stuff. I also think they might get more publicity if they reformed. Clowns diss them too much solo.
