the whole thing was obviously scripted. And he's a kid, give him a break. It's all in good fun.
And whomever the person inside the suit is, they are professionals. Their pantomime looks very seasoned, therefore he would have worn extra padding and prepared for it. That and the kick didn't look hard at all.
