The scenario campaign makes the most sense. I can't fathom that they'd put all the effort and storytelling in the SC and not have it canon, otherwise there wouldn't have been so many cutscenes. I don't believe Jin is dead as a result from the SC either. We'll just have to see how they handle the aftermath of it if at all.
Lol, namco spend alot of time in devil within too, but that's not canon at all. SC is just lars point of view and it's clear lars didn't fight azazel and jin can't control his devil gene.
He jumps in the pit with Azazel after his fight with Lars, glowing purple, so he must has transformed and killed it as Devil Jin, so I think Devil Jins Ending fits the best with Scenario Campaign, because he looses his devil gene and passes out, and Zafina takes the heart of Azazel, and (assuming the Devil Jin ending is right) she drops his body off in the desert, where Raven finds him in the end of the scenario campaign. At least thats what makes sense to me. .
Yeah I wondered about that I wasn't sure if I imagined it. That is weird I wonder if that was an accident or on purpose? Not likely a mistake considered the games release date had pushed by like 3 years. (It was announced in Game Informer magazine to be release in 2006)
To me Devil Jin's seems more canon since Jin turns into his normal self after the pokeball absorbs Jin's devil powers and it seems Zafina rescues him in the end

Nina is not dead! and this is not Canon. Lars is Cannon, which Jin is dead and Nina and Lars left. Namco is being Nice to JIn, and made everyone dies in his Jin's ending. but remeber this is not cannon. by the way, i love Nina!!! and she is not dead. neither Kazuya or that old fker heihachi!
I don't agree with you here. It's simple, the sc contradict the actual plot therefore it can't be canon. jin's ending has always been canon since tekken 3 and i don't think it gonna change here.
But perhaps everything in jin's endign happened except the death of nina.
Not to mention jin got 2 cutscene like armor king, thus it's prove the importance of jin's plot.
this ending can be combined with devil jin's ending and zafina's ending
Nina part was brutal.

If Zafina "rescued" Jin, why was he outside of the temple? I think Zafina put Jin there so he would die with those falling pillars.

I never understood the Jin heel turn (become a badguy) it was too out of the blue.
