It is possible to suffer tremendous racism and still be peaceful towards people.This is coming from someone who has seen a lot more of it in NYC than that occurs in sunny,laid back Southern Cali.The people in NYC are-in general-a lot tougher&more aggressive than people from even a large Southwestern metro city like SF.& yet,I still manage to be nice,strong&peaceful,& it pays off.If u can be Good and do right no matter what comes to you,people will like u&u get to the top,like other SuperAsians.

I don't want to generalize, but I have seen it all my life. Black people seem to have some resentment or passive hostility towards asians (not distinguishing between chinese, korean, etc. just seeing "yellow").
