trash monkey i have 1 WM side loader and the small bins the lids arent working good is it because there broken or some other reason can u tell me why

@dapizzleful The lids are stiff. If you replace the lid attachment with a paper clip then it will work right. Be carefull not to break the can too.

Which truck packs the most out of the 3?

I'm thinking the ASL, though the FL is pretty close! The problem with the FL is that the load gets stuck if you pack it too full, where as it's almost impossible to get a stuck load in the ASL!

lol double-dumps would work better if the grabbers could just get all the way around a SINGLE bin! That was one giant load, cool angles, and an awesome vid overall! Favorite!!

How hard is it to get the packer blade loose, and did it stand up on its own like that (unlike the FL) or did it need some customizing??

Yeah...took me three tries to get that double-dump lol! That ain't this biggest load she's ever packed! The blade is a royal pain in the ass to get loose (how about a month for it to move at all, then still have it not want to move easily for another month after that) however, it does stand on its own...The hardest part was carving off the 1/3 wall between the hopper and the body to get it be full-eject!

lol sounds like someone did some major customization :D Would you say it is brittle and likely easily broken (like basically everything in the FL)?

It has some fragile stuff, however this ASL has held up way better than either of my FLs! The only thing I've done that was un-repairable was I broke one of the gears on the grabbers, so they don't always close evenly (which made shooting this video hard) however, they only broke because I was stupid and pressed way to hard on the grabbers...and everything else is plenty sturdy!

Lol! Yeah, I had to film the double dump 3 times to get it to work...the first time, the carts fell in the hopper, the second time they shot out of the grabbers and hit the camera, but I finally got it on try #3 lol! My next vid I'm planning will be of my First Gear Republic Services McNeilus RL...hopefully in the next couple days!
