This is why all police officers should have First Aid, CPR, and AED Certs. I lived in Queens and moved to the Poconos in P.A. i wanna be a police officer and thats one of the things that is required here. This is why all police officers should have First Aid, CPR, and AED Certs. I lived in Queens and moved to the Poconos in P.A. i wanna be a police officer and thats one of the things that is required here. Its sad that they could have done a little more then just let him lay on the floor. Another mistake, making the situation worse with all their sirens and shit. You can do a lot by talking to someone and just comforting them. It slows the heart and blood rate down.

I see NYPD on their cell phones all the times, yet they pull us over and ticket us for the same thing and tell us that its for public saftey and the saftey of the driver. the universe has a strange way of unfolding

@chromatic1976 BZZZZ.... sorry friend, I dont have a single ticket! when i say 'us' and "they pull us over" and "ticket us" and "tell us" i am talking about citizens who are not part of law enforcement who are law abiding citizens who the police swear an oath to 'serve' and 'protect'.
