Pipsqueak is from Trottingham. A proper pony from Trottingham, as unlike all the other ponies, he can speak with an English accent. Instead of a pirate, he sholuld have gone as Robbing Hoof, the outlaw who hid in Sheerluck forest, and robbed from the rich unicorn nobles to give to the poor.

Of course as an English fox, I'm still trying to work out what sort of English accent. It does actually work for Nottingham. I grew up in Derbyshire (next county over) so I know what I'm talking about.
