  • thanks. very clever.

  • Can I ask where u bought the book? Pls

  • @katt571 He said comiket 72.

  • /facepalm

if i ever need to do that, i know how to do it.

  • Very clever. The first time I debinded, I just tore out pages as carefully as I could, and attacked the glue with a knife! LOL!

  • Very good tutorial and easy to follow! :D

But sorry, didn't quite catch the last part about why you should scan the cover page first...?

  • Sometime this is a REALLY stupid process to start and complete, because sometimes you CAN regret it. But its good for example manga scanlation, but its stupid too cause you can still want to have it whole, so --HOW TO PUT IT BACK PROPERLY-- then? Please make a tutorial for that Pireze.

  • @Luka1180

    I don't think that's possible...

Just buy 2 copies next time like everybody else...

  • @CatzCradle64 Oh... Actually it IS possible. If you can heat up glue and remove pages, you can also glue them together again :D

You just have to be patient and very careful and good at it, cause' its hard. Even for me.

  • Thank you for this video :D Do you think I could debind Watchmen? I really love this book and want to hang the pages on my wall! It is paperback, and when I open the first page, I see glue, so I'm guessing it is bound by glue. Thanks again 8D

  • I've got some doujins I was trying to scan the spine-abusing "press against the scanner" method, but the binding started to come apart. So I had been looking for some tips on how to best complete the debinding process while minimizing damage. This should be very helpful, thanks.

  • "Irreversible destructive process"?

    I beg to differ.

  • How much are Dojinshi art books usually?

  • Fantastic tutorial!

  • Great video, I didn't know it was possible to remove pages from a doujin without cutting them.

  • Ah! No no! What are you doing to the doujinshi! ..... I'm sorry but it's just painful for me to watch.. 0.0;
