Well at least your chin is just double girl..I remember when I was at my largest, and one day I looked in the mirror and saw four chins! WHAT THE HECK!!! Your right, one day it will be gone!! People would say the same thing to me also before, 'oh your not big at all'. WHAT, you blind!! I just 'hid' my fat well I guess..lol.

I have always filmed straight-on but it's easy to get into the higher-arm trap with a handheld cam (I usually use webcam :P).

Great video! I make a point of not fussing with angles in my video - I just put the camera wherever I can and catch the least room clutter in the background, LOL! There's no reason to be ashamed of, or hide from who we really are!

Hey, I didn't know it was called that either until blueeyedbetty told me :) I've always used that angle on photos and it makes me a bit cross with myself! Good on you for not bothering with particular angles :)

There's certainly a time and a place for strategic photography - I certainly asked my wedding photographer to shoot from the most flattering angles, LOL! Where I think the real trouble begins is when you're so reliant on the angles, you're afraid to let anyone see anything else!
