i dont really agree with people under 18 should take it. mostly because the parents will trust the kid to take his medicine on his own and the next thing that happens is the 13 yo patient is being charged with providing another child with marijuana who does not need it.
if the parents are keeping an eye on the child and the medicine then hell ya let the kid toke up.

I personally know from my own experience smoking marijuana helps with psychological conditions. I was 13 and learning to read and write, I was stoned and learning new things. I also played sports. So, for people who haven't used it and have an opinion, your opinion will not hold water. You need to stick to the things you know!
