Actually the series in its entirety has a ton of music, but remember this is just episode 43, still pretty early into the series. Kitty Film, the show's producer, put out at least 5 volumes of BGM albums, spanning the show's 5 year run. Kitty was actually a record company that decided to get in the anime business, and naturally they would have access to a large stable of talent to make music for the show.
4:29 - The difference in reach is so utterly absurd. They really should have played up the fight a bit more, and just had it start and end with this punch. I think it would have been a LOT funnier that way.

The major difference is that here Ataru has a huge fight with Torajima, but in the manga he easily beats him within a second (seriously, he beats him with one quick punch) and then immediately jumps off the roof.
I just remembered that something similar happened in Ranma ½! I don't remember what it was, specifically, but it was very similar to what happened here the way Ataru defeated Torajima!
Yes! Ranma's legs were too short when in female form so he lost to Mousse! And indeed, Goku to lost to Master Roshi (who was in his Jackie Chun disguise at the time) in the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai because Goku's legs were too short! I wonder how many other anime have done this type of thing besides Ranma, DB, and UY? XD
this is one of the best, I got this one on VHS but've never seen some of the ones between episode 12 and 40 before now (yeah I noticed the legend of success joe thing a while ago but used to think area 88 for some reason?)
