going to see Ian tomorrow night in Joliet, hope he plays this one. Love your cover, thanks for the chords as i can play it now, but don't have the ear to pick out the chords! Also, what kind of guitar do you play?? I like the sound/look!

@AaronTheTullMonger hey thanks very much!!...so lucky you are to go see him..i havent been to see tull since toronto 2002...i dont think he plays slow marching band anymore..but i hope he does for your sake...and you are very welcome..i can only play the simplified chords myself...this guitar is an old Giannini craviola, made in brazil

wow! your voice is so similar to ian anderson's; ur a great singer. but you kinda killed the vocals (sorry, that's harsh, but idk how else to describe it) when you tried to make that growly sound ("never mind" "hum along" "don't say") and you played the whole thing a bit too fast &cheerfully, especially the strumming, and your tempo was a bit unsteady. and it seems like you tried to make it sound country, which could be ok if you did it the whole way instead of switching between country& irish

Nice work. The most important thing for covering such a great song is to mind its soul. To do so you have to live it not just play it. In my opinion you are the shinig example of a man who lives his music. as someone said before...Ian would be proud.

Awsome! I have an Ian Anderson signature Martin...they only made 87 of them! Ian e-mailed my daughter who plays all his stuff on the flute and we met Ian and his wife, Shona, awhile ago after a show! I'm begging you to do One Brown Mouse! You are excellent!

Thank you ...and WOW...ian is my all time musical idol...theres no one that compares to him...i was lucky enough to see tull in toronto in 2002...but damn meeting him would be a dream come true..and sure..one brown mouse...no prob...a song i love..just gimme a few days to get over a chest cold..lol

Forgive my terrible spelling in the last post but yeah...Ian and Shona were nice as hell. Ian is an animal lover and talked at length with my daughter about his cats (bengal) and dogs on his farm. That Martin 028 I bought is awesome. Canada! My wife is from P.E.I! We live in Connecticut. Thanks for the reply!
