Its a good concept but this particular skit lacks comedy. Sorry Charlie!!! And no, it didn't look real. This was soooo planned you could tell.
And even though I think it would be funny as shit to do... I think its a liability to have "someone" else fire a person. You would have to put them on the payroll for liability purposes.
