Well, their statement is not scientifically accurate. Fish are not related to sea lions. Lions are a species of cat. Sea lions are not species of fish. Sea lions are mammals. Fish are not.
Technically, since we are mammals and have the same type of bone structures and bodily systems as other animals, so too are we animals....just in a different class.

actually that was for the peta's kid audience, and was meant to be cute....i dont think anyone at peta, including myself, meant for it to be taken that serious. Although, i do believe that fish are intelligent creatures that feel pain...and they should be respected. Humans are natural herbivores, that throughout history decided upon themselves to eat meat. We don't need animals to survive, and it is healthier to keep them out of our diets.
We are more of omnivores. That's why many fast food places use the color red. The color red makes people hungry. Sure, you could say people are hungry for tomatoes... but when you think about it, all animals contain that color that we crave.

Your lies have no end ! Again i tell you Peta does not have a shelter. Peta is a pressure group and has their work is exposing animal cruelty, they leave domestic issues mainly to welfare orgs. Euthanised pets are sent to rendering plants and are ground up and boiled for use in pet foods. Along with all the rubbish from the meat industry, heads, hooves, beaks, etc. Come out of your fantasy world. Your obviously involved in animal cruelty yourself otherwise you wouldn't lie about Peta.

Still lying ! I repeat Peta has NO shelter. Do not takein 1000's of treatable animals. The few animals they euthanise are old, sick or accidents from their 24/7 pet help call out service. I repeat at LEAST 6 million pets are euthanised by shelters a year because there are NOT enough new homes to be found. Peta cremates animals and obviously a freezer for bodies is a sensible idea. Vets and shelters send them to be made into pet food. Stop dishing up lies from the meat industries and the CCF

Got it? Peta is not a shelter and doesn't take in animals. The animals they come in contact with that ARE adoptable are sent to the SPCA. America abandons 10 MILLION pets yearly and shelters EUTHANISE at least 6 million as there ARE no new homes. Get your facts straight instead of lying.

Technically, since we are mammals and have the same type of bone structures and bodily systems as other animals, so too are we animals....just in a different class.
And sorry to say, your 'licking your crotch' comment is a bit unfounded since it's really only dogs and a few other species that do that.
Personally, I think that dogs only do that AFTER rubbing their bums on the ground first to get most of the crud off. lol

i do not believe our "canines" are anything like a carnivores......and we have an appendix but we dont need it! It's evolution.....and i do not recall ever witnessing a human being run after a cow and bite into it.....humans always killed and then ate their meat....so we dont need "canines"

Though our canines are significantly smaller and blunter than a creature in the wild, they are still used to tear chunks from the meat that we eat in order to make the food easier to digest.
So, even though we don't need our appendixes, we still DEFINITELY need our canines.
Also, sea kittens are delicious, nutritious, and give other people a life worth living.
And I have read the horrific CHILDREN stories on PETA's site....they're terrible people for even THINKING of crap like this for kids.

actually that was for the peta's kid audience, and was meant to be cute....i dont think anyone at peta, including myself, meant for it to be taken that serious. Although, i do believe that fish are intelligent creatures that feel pain...and they should be respected. Humans are natural herbivores, that throughout history decided upon themselves to eat meat. We don't need animals to survive, and it is healthier to keep them out of our diets.
