Personally, rather than angelic, when I first saw Hidan, I thought *Vampiric* fits his looks. I can see how others would say angelic, but I see more closer to a Vampire with the silver swept back hair, combined with the rather arrogant, self confident attitude he seemed to have in his first appearence. My view was only further reinforced when he started doing blood rituals.
