Seriously...i should have edited it out. I thought they were holding up the ride cause they saw me holding camera. We were at Dorney park 2 years ago and they stopped the coaster on the way up to confiscate my camera.

I love this ride. Im so glad that farenhiet came in cuz when i go theres a long line 4 fahrenhiet but only a 5 min wait for stormrunner

this is a magnetic launch if anyone dosnt know it has the magnets to the right at the beginning

@ME16510 actually its not.....

it just the magnetic brakes....

the brakes at the beginning are there in case of a rollback, which will then stop the car so it stops...obviously haha

its actually a hydraulic system that propels it at that deliciously amazing speed :)

Hershey Park has a great starter loop coaster "Super duper looper" it has only one loop and it's pretty simple. Storm Runner is pretty intense for a "First" major coaster. It has an amazing 0-70 launch as well as loops and corkscrews.

It would be like entering the "tour de France" as soon as you took the training wheels off your bike

@jballin345 you'd be taken a risk. it launches you around 70 mph, pretty intense

I rode this coaster over the summer. It was INCREDIBLE. The launch was AWESOME! And it took my breath away.

I went on this coaster last week. The launch was incredible. It's tied with Fahrenheit as my two most favorite rides at Hershey Park.
