Back when the songs and Pokemon... well, actually sounded/looked like songs and Pokemon :D I wouldn't be surprised if they made a talking drumstick a Pokemon now!. The Pokemon I grew up with taught lessons... Even team rocket recognized the greater good and helped out sometimes, and Misty was as cold as cold could be to Ash when they first started out together, but things changed. Songs like, "Brother my Brother" could bring a tear to my eye... This anime showing now, I don't recognize it.
this is an amazing song, I dont know why the haters are hating, I mean listen to the lyrics for a change,I know me and alot of other Pokemon fans from back in the days can relate to this song on so many levels.
Exactly who are the singers of all these songs from Pokemon 3 - The Ultimate Soundtrack Album? I truly think they are better than a majority of the most popular artists these days...this song has so much meaning and that's what seems to be missing from music today (nothing but a bunch of repetitive words thrown out in rhythm)
@Nilie Yah, the good days, but you do know this song is from the 2nd pokemon generation and that ep 1 of the whole series foreshadowed the 251 pokemon with Ho-oh's appearance. So there has always been more than 151 pokemon since ep 1.
@stewie422376 I find the old pokemon music to be "real music". Compared to things you hear on the radio nowadays, nothing can compare to this. -in bliss-
I do know that 4kids put these songs under the pokemon movie 3's "ultimate soundtrack" but... 4kids are lame. Pokemon the movie 1's soundtrack at least had the proper soundtrack.
Would someone PLEASE explain to me why these weird songs are on this soundtrack album and the actual soundtrack used in the ACTUAL MOVIE isn't? I mean, the only song that is reasonable enough to be on this album is the Spell of the Unown medly. The rest? Were they even IN the movie? Where is Entei's theme? Where is the soundtrack for when Molly battles Misty and Brock? Nope. These vocal songs are here instead. If they are not going to be in this movie, put them under a different soundtrack.
These songs are music that are inspired by the movie. But check this out: Music from Pokemon The First Movie is used alot in the other movies (apart from Diamond and Peal) and TV episodes as well. Thou they did compose fresh music for Pokemon 4ever (which I will get up soon). So yeah...I hope this helps.
