Thats a cool car.. but didnt seem that fast that was a 1st GEN U.S. B18B.. and seems like ur only boosting maybe 6..?? PSI I could see maybe 160 hp from that motor.
DOnt mean to hate but my 183whp lsvtec setup would chirp 5th gear. Im turbo LS now and I spin the gears. not chirp em. that dude needs a tune. theres plenty of power there to pull out.
Oh yes a chirping tires sucks... it can be done by almost anything... hell my 100% stock 85 crx si will chirp 3rd if pushed hard enough. 91 crank hp from the factory.
I agree. Dump the clutch in almost any car and you will chirp em'. Break em loose in the middle of a hard pull, then I'll be really impressed. Nice car though.
i have to agree, that was weak. i had a boosted gsr pushin 7lbs and no matter what gear i was in if i tipped in more than 50 percent i was sittin in a cloud of smoke....my stock ls does exactly what you just did....minus the blow-off sound and the money you spent......
your stupid if you think this crx is slow. It may have stock internals on the B series.. but still B+T=alot faster than stock. What says he wasnt running full boost,tune,throttle,rpm ect. noobs.

that thing is slow i had a ls v crx and it would chirp into 4th ... spin through 3rd that boosted ls crx is slow as balws...

Well if your going to build a turbo car, you might as well build it to make big power. Otherwise whats the point?
Im with brucel on this one, the car doesn't sound like it has alot of acceleration. At least not for a turbo application.
