Headset. The 7.1 surround is really not there. You can hear left/right but not the full 360.
My other issue is the don gle that u have to put in. It interferes with the wireless psn connection if your not hard wired. There is a fix though. Just get a USB exteadapter and put the dongle away from the ps3.
Picked these up yesterday at sams club, they where $84 bucks! i had to get them heard alot of good things about them, their my 1st pair of headsets and im really happy with them...I like that i can turn the volume all the way down on my tv and hear everything out of the headset.. watch blurays and everything..they get pretty loud i have to turn them down when playing action games...and i also get a bit of the cuttin in and out during voice chat but i just adjust the mic in abit and im good 2 go
@kingraider7 I think u can but you'll probably need to take a look at a mixamp e.g Astro, turlte beach etc. However u will not be able to talk to friends, but still better than nothing
yep them other headphones be goin around 160-350 dollars, thats a system right there n most arent wireless, and they break easily everyone ive known whos has turtle beaches say they always break, plus id rather have somethin made by sony
