It'd be cool if all three of these guys from Onimusha 1 to Dawn of Dreams are all involve together in the new Onimusha game plus a new lead character! What do you think?

@AplG7Rocks Jubei & Soki weren't bad but it should continue with Samanosuke as he still needs to seal the gauntlet away and kill the genma off for good, Supporting characters would be welcomed a lot, also i don't think it would be possible for all three characters to be in the game all at once since Soki is dead and by Onimusha 4, Jubei from Onimusha 2 is a retired old man in his village, only Samanosuke really has the power to continue on fighting because the gauntlet still exists

@AplG7Rocks but if they were to put a new character alongside Samanosuke like in Onimusha 3 (which in my opinion was the best Onimusha game) then that would be good as well

at the end of the day, i want an Onimusha game and i want it done right, and with NO multiplayer because that will just distract from the story and overall quality of the game, this whole "let's put multiplayer into every single game" trend needs to stop, Multiplayer isn't even that great to be honest

Hey CAPCOM Unity, is it possible to bring up a serious issue with the developers at CyberConnect2?

The Unreal Engine which they are using is rife with visual quirks that are very grating because every single game using that engine exhibits them. One of the more serious offenders is the bloom effect which gives all colours a distinct drab yellow hue.

I am not sure wither this is an inherent flaw of the engine, but if you could bring this up then maybe the engine can be tweaked to remedy it?

Eh, the combat already looked mediocre. I wouldn't shell out 60$ for this, it doesn't even look anywhere as refined as an action game like Devil May Cry or Bayonetta.

Plus, I don't trust anything Capcom has to say about its fans since they cancelled Mega Man Legends 3. Or their recent controversy with saves on RE Mercenaries or how they are ripping off fans who bought the first edition of MvC3.

I don't know... I'm just not really sold... The last few new IPs (or reboots) created by Capcom have outright failed. I can't believe they're continuing to develop this and cancelled Mega Man Legends 3. The gameplay looks stiff, and from most of what I've seen, it's mostly quick-time events and rail shooter sections.

Capcom is incredibly close to losing a customer.

Eh, I would never get another Capcom game. They don't know how to treat their fans properly, just look at how they shafted everyone who spent hours upon hours personally contributing to Mega Man Legends 3's development.

Also, just look at all the shady stuff they do with games like RE5 and paying 5$ to access content already on the disc.

Or RE Mercenaries and not allowing players to even delete their saves in order to combat used game sales.

Or worse yet the new edition of MVC3 Coming.
