dude it does not work on psp 3000 (YET!) but i does work on the older psp slim and (correct me if i,m wrong)

It will never work because the the psp 3000 mobo is different and cannot be pandora'ed. You'll have to wait for a new exploit to be found to downgrade the firmware.

Yes u can use that MS, u can use 256MB to 16GB for the process but Dark_Alex (creator of the pandora and the Custom firmware said that he recomends that u use 256MB to 2GB MS, because 4GB and up can present some cache problems, but i use my 4GB card and it works perfect)

Yes it works but also it depends of what motherboard does your psp have: de psp 3000 is impossible to downgrade right now, the psp 2000 with the latest motherboard is impossible too, the psp fat its totally compatible and most psp 2000 are compatible.

the psp "CORE" is a bunddle, u can buy a psp 3000 core, or a psp slim core, or a psp fat core system, the psp 3000 is the one with the mic built-in in the middle of the bar with the "start" button, the 2000 or slim is the one with that is flat in the back, and the psp "fat" is the regular psp, the old one, the one in the vid is a psp FAT, all fat are compatible, most of the slim are compatible just a little portion cant complete the downgrade and the 3000 is impossible. hope it help u men!

if u want i can help u out, just send me a personal message with your email or something, i do this with all my frind's psp and also mine and works perfect. u can tell for sure that ur psp is fat with the ULUS (like a serial number), the ulus is located near the input fot he charger, is a sticker, if your ulus says something like 1000 or 1001 then your psp is fat, however if u need any help just email men.

u dont need a datel battery you can pandorize your own psp battery, do the downgrade and then unpandorize th battery so u can use it like a regular psp battery, you also need a memory stick, at least 256 MB meomry stick and Dark Alex recommends no to use more than 4GB memory stick in the process. The rgular psp batterys are better and much more safe to use than the datel.

you dont have to open your battery, there are 2 ways to pandorize it, the first one is via software, and the second one is via hardware but the last one is inestable and can produce some problems.

Thanks for the great videos. When it stated with 2 minutes of opening the plastic packaging I knew it was going to be simple enough for a complete newbie like myself. I tried dxnation's tutorial but the disc created by his recommended Total Newbi... program didn't boot. However using the Catb50 program that you recommended worked perfectly. I've even update to version 4.01 now. I used the Datel Service tool which converts a battery to a tool battery, and back, and costs £12 from Amazon.

Help plz! I have the Datel Battery Service TOOL (NOT a battery but an adaptor to make normal battery a tool 1) but it makes the same as filh0daputa! I used the full version of the MMS-installer-thingie, i have a 512mb Memory Stick Pro Duo and a regular Sony battery to make temporary the TOOL battery with the adaptor-thingie. You need to make the magic memory stick using catb50's program. Watch all the videos part 1 2 and 3 and follow along. The tool battery just puts the psp into service mode. This is explained in the video aswell.
