The main problem with this game is that it is way too closed, It seems like you can't do anything unless you put money into it. People don't want to feel like they have to put money into a MMO inorder to play. If players where able to get new cards from winning duels and such, they'll grow to love the game and appreciate it for what it is and eventually put money into the game to progress faster.To sum it up, KONAMI YOUR DOING IT WRONG.

The beginning cards care untradeable. Cards from Blister's shop, minus booster packs, are untradeable. It's stupid that they don't have a Duel Point system, because there's so many cards out and they could make it so that there are like 200 different cards available for free purchase with Duel Points. Or they could make it so it costs like 5k DP for 1 pack in the booster packs. Yea, it will take a lot of work to get your deck, but it will make it so more people stay with the game.

To be fair about the paying it is WAY cheaper than playing in real life, so if you are someone that wants to play but have no one around that plays too it's pretty perfect. Yes you have to pay a lot to make the get the best cards, but there isn't a card game out where this isn't the case. If it wasn't the makers wouldn't make any money and there would be no card game.
