idk, but this isnt true cuz the sun is the only way we don't float away to somewhere else, in otherwords the sun has Gravity. When the sun get bigger ( or starts forming to a Red Giant ) it looses its Mass ( or the Gravity Strength ) and eventually it'll explode to a Super Nova

Things take time to travel. If something this size were to hit earth, the ripple would go through the inner mantle to the other size and cause the earth to buldge out on the other side. Aside from that, it would slow the earths spin causing everyone to instantly go flying 100mph east, with buildings, cars. SCIENTIFIC facts. in around 2029-2031 an asteroid is going to come SO close to earth that its edge will go between earth and earth's satellites. the edge will be closer to the earth than to the satellites. it will miss us but due to earth's gravitational pull, 7 years later, it'll make its way back and this time, not miss. lets hope we find another planet (highly unlikely) or we find some asteroid destroying weapon/shield (doubt it). have a nice day!
