You can then make your own design with pre-set images and a number of layers. You actually have to have bought the guitar you want to put a design onto first, though.

It's "fa fa fa fa fa" actually, and only half the "fa"s are given a pitch in the game. The other half are talkies, so the arrow dips down to the bottom during those.
