Thank you Doug, loved your video of your Who collection, really impressive. Am really enjoying listening to Quads more than ever with this new set. They really went overboard to please.
I think I must be one of the biggest of fans in the States. Thanks for posting this! I want a copy myself but wanted to make sure it's worth the price--LOOKS IT! I seriously, at 25, find Pete the sexiest man on planet Earth. My livingroom is done up with Who paintings I've done and with a broken guitar. Long live rock!
@UncannyCasey Thanks Casey. The book is a wonderful read, lots of intimate details and narrative on what was going on business wise with the members of the band. The lyric sheets feel like such a personal touch, something Pete knew we would cherish. I'd definitely recommend the set, the mix is wonderful, Rogers vocals are noticably clearer and more powerful, and the guitar parts seem brighter. Love the Who. Long live rock!
Greatest band and album of all time. And yes, no one ever will come close!
