Hey brother, is there a chart available for this tune. It would take me a lifetime to transcribe it. If you get a chance to answer, I would be grateful.
@hahabass Dmaj9, Dm7(9), C#m7, F#sus,F#7,Bm9,Dm9,G13,Amaj7,C#7+9,repeat, then from the Amaj7 to Gmaj7, F#maj7 and C#sus repeats a few times then goes to Bm9, Esus.->Eb->back to D
@mattotten How beautifully you put things. I'm comping and improvising right now. Just bought a new Ken Smith 6 and it sounds beautiful over these chords. Trying to incorporate chords and chordal melody in my playing, but when you're so used to root-based bass work itt's like a lifelong exercise just trying to break the habit. like learning a new language. And, as you will know, der ain't no quick way round this
Hey Matt - VERY nice touch. Would love to see a chart for the tune. And what is that device in the F-hole of the lower bout of your guitar? Thanks much and keep up the superb work!
That's some smooth sweet tuneage!
