Why didn't he just attack the surgeons and nurses the moment they took his cuffs off? Why wait until he was restrained and had a mask over his face, thus encumbering him more, to lash out?
Keaton is good but the movie's pace is uneven and toward the end Keaton's character starts to become comical, and the ending with McCabe escaping just destroyed what could have been a brainless action flick.
he swallowed well it wasn't a vial but he swallowed it with a string so he could pull it back up, it contains a substance used to revive over dose victims to counteract the anapestic, he also placed some sort of metal piece under his fingernails to pick the cuffs, he is a psychotic genus.
Cool. My thumbs are naturally double jointed like that. If I ever get arrested.............Now I know what to do. LOL.
