  • AWESOME tutorial! You speak so clearly and explain so well, I totally get it!

  • @craftiepants123, thank you so much. Once you look at it as a few score marks and cutlines, it does become less intimidating. Have fun with it.

    Vee

  • Veronica I must say this is an excellent tutorial. You speak clearly and explain very well. Not like a lot of other videos that make you feel like a little kid or are not loud enough to hear. Great job!!!

  • @Jaggs111201, thank you.

  • I'm SOOOO excited I found your video. I've seen this card done before, but have yet to do one. Your video is AWESOME. Clear instructions and sooo easy to follow. I actually do have the paper from We R Memory keepers (6x6), so I'm gonna have a FAB TIME making many of these. Thanks again. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos, as I was sure to subscribe today. Hugz:)

  • @DevinTaylorCreations, isn't that WRMK paper great? Color coordinated to boot. Have fun playing. Think I might do this with my students for their Ancient Cultures project. hmmmm.

  • Hello, I just want to say a big thank you for giving a clear how-to on how to make this never ending card! I had only seen the demonstrations on this style of card, and wanted to know how to actually make it. Thanks! -AMANDERS0N

  • @Kago1313, that is awesome. tell your kids i said thanks for helping, mom. have them make some for their teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week...it will buy them about 10 minutes of class time while the teachers play with the cards. LOL.

    TFW,

    vee

  • Thank you, Veronica! Whew--this is so awesome--haven't seen anything like this before! I have a little issue with my cognitive thinking, so it only took me I don't know how many times of watching this before I finally got it. Duh! Almost got motion sick by rewinding, pausing and going, and rewinding, and then folding and folding and folding.... LOL This is just great! Thanks again for taking your time and effort to make this fantastic video!!

  • @nellielillie, you truly have me giggling. Glad you were able to understand the directions. Thanks for watching. again and again and again. LOL.

    hugs,

  • I've made this card before but your version is much easier. Thank you!

  • thankyou :D

  • You are a natural teacher. Terrific tutorial...off to see your other videos. Brilliant job!

  • Vee, I LOVE your tutorials. They are innovative, creative and genius. This is just the best tutorial on the neverending card. Thanks so much for sharing with us. :-)

    ~Hope

  • Forgot to ask.... do you have one of these cards completed in color? I need an explanation as to how to use different colored papers and such.... Is one 6" x 6" piece done in one paper and on both sides, and the other done in a different paper or what? I've gotten the makings of the card from your explanation, but I don't know how to decorate it. Thanks!

  • @Morse9791, I do have one made, but it is packed away in something. I recently moved and am in the process of creating my very own crafting studio. As soon as I am settled I will locate it and share it with you. I do have a Vee-dio on making a swing card. Like the NEC it is easy peasy by using a Spellbinder die and your machine of choice. It is called, Making a Swing Card and I have an Interactive Spinner Card posted which uses a similar technique--again easy and minimal measuring.

    TFW, Vee

  • Thank you for giving us all an excellent explanation of how to make the never ending card. I was able to make one correctly the first time out, having your directions! Do you have directions for any of the other folding cards.... like the swing card and others? Your directions on this one is the best I've seen yet! Thanks so much!

  • Fantastic tutorial, thank you for sharing, best wishes.

  • I've made a few of theses cards but never saw it done this way ! Really easy. I like to do the center cuts before sticking them together though as the cut is cleaner and always perfect.

  • @rdauld, good point. I do have a small cutting pad that can be used underneath with an exacto knife. If I take my time and use longer blades, like the 8 inch ones, I can cut through in one smooth stroke.

TFW and for sharing your tip.

    Vee

  • OMG! My name is Veronica too!

  • @veronsallai , aren't we lucky? Do you get a lot of people calling you Valerie and Vicky? I do. I just answer yes. I once got Valencia and thought, hold up, you can remember Valencia but not Veronica. lol. Funny stuff.

    Hugs,

    Vee

  • well thanks its cool.

  • i only used 2 peices of paper and got that card... what do u do with the other two pieces? :/

  • @NicoleFarkas123 , not sure what you mean. I only used two pieces of paper also. One for the vertical and one for the horizontal. I have a lot of paper already 6x6. If you use a 12x12 make two cards or use the papers for a 6x6 album.

    HTH,

    Vee

  • @NicoleFarkas123

i get what your saying i made another card or you can save them for other stuff

  • Wow! so easy compared to the other videos! How inventive!

    Thank you!

  • You are awesome! Thanks for this super easy and clear video. I am going to try it today. Deb

  • Thanks for making it so simple I tried another one but was not successful I plan to give this one a shot.

  • thanks so much for posting this.....I can't believe how easy you made it and here I 've been watching all the other ones and trying to decide whether I wanted to try it. Thanks for making it easy.I

  • I loved this simple yet impression of such intricacy !!!!! Just awesome thank you!!!!

  • Wish I would have seen this vid before I started mine. It is one of the few on YT that makes it clear!

  • @Medhb, you have me laughing. I am glad you were able to find something a bit simpler.

  • Thank you. You made this very easy to understand.

  • if you would have done Yellow to red

when the card folds into that "cross" fold/shape

would the outer edges be not the same color?

so there would be 2 colors instead of 1 red?

  • @xXxDanityKanexXx, I re-watched to find the point where you were talking about the one red and did not see it. I did color to color to make it easier to see which pages would go together. I will have to try to different colors to see how that would turn out. Thanks for the idea.

  • @TheCoutureCrafter yes! please let me know soon!

Also where can i get a scoreboard and tacky tape?

i went to a craftstore called

beverlys and they didnt carry anything!

  • Gr8 card,TFS

  • Wow!! I will try this!! Thanks!!

  • Thanks so much. I will have to give this one a try. You explained it very well.

  • Thanks so much. I will have to give this one a try. You explained it very well. TFS

  • Thanks so much for this easy tut.

I made my first NE Card today after watching your tut., and it wasn't difficult at all, the most time consuming thing is decorating it, as you're really decorating four cards in one.

My daughter has taken the card to give to the birthday girl today, she's as proud as ever to be handing that over - and that, I believe, is the biggest reward ever!

I'm thrilled to bits, it turned out well, I learned a bit from it (stay away from edges with your deco's)

    THANKS Vee.

  • @KezzfromOz--lol, I learned that too. I think the b'day girl and I share the same date. I saw your card on your channel and the Forever Friends theme was perfect. Glad this was easy for you to follow. Thanks for your awesome kudos in your write-up.

    Vee

  • @TheCoutureCrafter - My pleasure, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

  • Wow Vea, Words cannot say what a great ideal that you just develope. I have to try this one. Thanks for your videos.

    vswaddy620@yahoo.com

  • What a fun card Vee, great explanation. Can't wait to see it finished.

    Debbie

  • This is great...once again, great vee-dio! Going to give it a try after work tomorrow! Thanks Vee...

  • Great card! I will have to muster up the strenth and try that one....

  • Wow! Now how do you use the card? Is it a puzzle or do you add things to it and send it?

  • @HJB92243 Yes, you can add photos, quotes, stamped images etc. If you do a quick YT search, you will see lots of finished samples. One of my faves is thenorsugirl . Love her Halloween take. Thanks for watching. Vee

  • AMAZING, Vee!! You are a true paper engineer! I've never been good at these paper folding projects, but you make it look so easy! No wonder you're a teacher! I might actually have to try this one! Now we need a vid about how you embellish this. Great job as always!

    Hugs,

    Heather

  • @ThePaperCastle Thanks, Heather. I went wine tasting yesterday and thought I'd take the pics we took and make a card for everyone who went. It was only five of us, so it will be easy. Gotta get everyone to email their photos to me. Vee
