  • Very sexy trimming...thats like shaved smooth pussy :)

  • @sheemsheem hahaha... thanks bro. I take my time, that's for sure.

  • dont take it personal, maybe you have a different video show casing the the canopy, but its a waste of a minute to concentrate on the underside for over two minutes.... I mean really ! all the action is on top and thats what I wanted to see as well as the underbelly. Cheers.

  • @brenthoser99 um.... there's like 10 videos of the buds dude. Sorry I took one of the underneath side, lol. I'll check with you next time I shoot a video, make sure it's worth the effort.

  • @scrogking you really are better off getting my permission. Good call on that.

  • @brenthoser99 happens to be very helpful to some people

  • yeah im asking this but only cause i've never seen it before until a few days ago. what is the screen for? does it hold up the plant so that it grows up straight or what?

  • @IAMKMC It's to make an even canopy, so you don't have tall parts shading underneath buds. Also to keep things short.

  • @scrogking OHHHSHIT learning new things here! alright thanks for letting me know. i now have something to try out on my grows. and good videos man.

  • How did you change the water in the reservoir when you cant move anything?

  • @crzyman581 I had a water pump sitting in the bottom of the tank, hooked to a hose that came out the side of the tank. When it was time to change the water I plugged the pump in and collected the old water. This ws the last time I hooked the screen to the walls. It's not the best idea as nothing can move at all. Oops. Better idea is to hook the screen to the pots, or lid of the tank, so if needed you can pick up plant, screen, roots and all. But I've never needed to do that... just in case

  • Which week do you remove the fan leaves from underneath the screen. I have read that last 2 weeks of veg. I have also heard the first 2 weeks of flower

  • @aarong77 either way. I would do it earlier, but you can't really mess up too much. However, you don't want to be pulling too much after about week 3 of flower. Good luck.

  • would have liked to see the tops as well. Have no idea how you got some of thoes lower branches to stretch out so far but looks like a nice patch. Any samples? he he

  • @joemcbobinite Scrog Guide: bitDOTly/scrog

  • Right on bro...

That's what I used to get me started. Great info there.

  • anyone got a guide link or sumthing for proper scrog usage? and is the screen supposed to be 3-6 inches away from the BUD? also i thought your supposed to bend and tie down the branches and stuff, i did the paper clip training method for one of mine and now the main stem grows horizontally while the branches (its vegging still) grow vertically towards the light, how tall did your ww and hk get? im about to start a hydro grow box lol but i need to know how to scrog right

  • Don't use my scrog as a model. I build a good setup, but didn't grow like I should have.

The best is the have all the branches underneath... with only budsites rising up, not whole branches. It seems like you would want small branches sticking up through (like my scrog was)... but that just shades the lower parts of the bud. My buds in the middle were 6" off the screen... if I did it again I would try to keep everything 1-3" above the screen.

The side branches were up to 16" above.

  • @joemcbobinite I was just reading this post from 6 months ago and I was wondering how your scrog turned out? I'm doing mine the same way as you described yours and when my branches start passing through the screen I have been tying them down to let the smaller ones catch up. So anyways this is also my first try and since you posted 6 months ago you must've had the results of your first try by now so I was looking for some info. What I see a lot of other people doing looks a different. THANX

  • Yeah that is a mess. Hopefully you got something tasty. Next time try to keep em tight to the screen 3-6in is good. The whole point of scrog is to put as many flowering areas in the most intense part of the light. My first time looked just a little shorter than yours. I to over grew. But hey looks good for your first. at least they didn't die or something..be happy with that and experiment that is what growing is all about. Not to shabby my man...

  • Thanks for the info... where were you a few months ago, haha. I learned a whole lot from this grow... many what not to do's. I think my screen suceeded in making hunreds of buds to trim... ARG. I did get some wonderfly tasty stuff from it. The Hindu Skunk better than the White Widow. A little over 11 oz at the end. Plus 5 grams of hash and enough butter for about 20 batches of brownies... really strong brownies too. Thanks for the comment. Next scrog is gonna be vertical and done right.

  • Hi, i was thinking of buyin' some WW seeds and use the SCROG technique but isnt it main reason to do this because WW is a Sativa and u don't want it to be mega tall?

  • From all the sites I've read and what I've heard White Widow is a hybrid that is mostly indica... definitely Not a true sativa. It's not known to be that tall. A screen to me is to make the best use of a small area, not so much to keep things short... although it is good for that too. Just know that you can over grow the screen easy. I did it wrong and overgrew... I have buds as high as 16" above the screen, the idea is to keep it very close to the screen 3-6".

  • yes it probably depends on the seed company, some deliver hybrids, indica etc. How do you know if the scrog ain't working or not? O.o And is there any good way of making sure the scrOG will work? :)

  • those are looking beautiful...keep it going, PEACE

  • @scrogking I read you can do either, high buds or all compacted to screen, you'd defo get more if keep all big leaves under screen and let the buds grow huge, 16inch buds is awesome matey!

  • Damn, I can taste it already!
