ya, in one of the episodes, tommy and this guy were talken about his feelings for jude (at this time jude is 16) so tom is like "its confusing that the only girl who gets me is 16,id tottally go for her if she was 21 without hesitation, but shes only 16, im not that kinda guy" and jude overhears..so she writes this song about their complicated relationship.hope that helps!
