Always, always a surprise...always a different take, every time. Horowitz is consistent in this. (:-D) There are emphases and accents I hear here that I have never heard in any other performance of this lovely piece. 1986 was a good year for the Maestro...as for the question below, from a commentator whose channel reveals the number of listeners he has offended... (;-D) is 'too wet playing' that which is too lavishly pedaled?
