Arthas isn't even in the game as a boss yet

Why is this paladin using Seal of Command and not Blood? Fail?

Why is this poster not reading the comments and explanations as to why Command is used over Blood? Allow me to explain away YOUR fail: this video was filmed shortly after beta beginning. At that time, Blood was OP so much so that using it would kill you, due to the returned damage. My highest Blood judgement crit during this phase of the beta was about 14k. Yeah, makes sense to use Blood now, doesn't it...

No, 33% of 14k = 4620 damage each 8 seconds. Judgement = 33%, Seal = 10%.

Attack Speed of 3.5, so every 3.5 seconds you also get 10% of the seal damage dealt back to you. In addition, both Divine Storm and Crusader Strike proc seals, so they also proc the damage back to you.

So, you take damage back on judgements, white swings, crusader strike AND Divine Storm.

I wouldn't mind you trolling if you at least did your research first...

I was a ret pally at level 60 right after BC came out and I was still at the top of the damage meters in both pvp and pve. I went holy after that however. People always talked about how ret sucked (which they didnt, people just didnt know how to play them) and now people complain that they are OP...

Looks like phase one is pretty cut and dry. Tank and spank, watch out for the cleave. *bonks the rogue*

Phase two throws in a few point blank AOEs that DKs seem to sport and that axe throw is very similure to what some trash mobs use in black temple, and it heralds back to the 'dont stand in the fire' mantra :p

To all of you who think that this dungeon looks easy: Keep in mind that Utgarde Keep is for peoples who just entered Northrend, or being lvl 68-70 whatever, and in green-ish gear. These peoples in the video are like lvl 75 as you see it, and most of these guys proberly have epic gear aswell. So with 5 peoples around level 68-70 with green gear, this shouldn't be easy at all.

rogue is not a noob. he dies of a 18k AoE called "smash". only reason the paladin survived is that its migrated by armor.

Indeed he did die to Smash. However, Smash is like a cleave and only hits people in a cone in front of the boss. If he was behind the boss it wouldn't have hit him. Having said that, none of us knew what to expect here, I was (as the pally) just following the golden rule of melee DPS: Stand behind the boss. :P

A Valkyrie, who are the lackies of the Lich King. Ingvar is an agent of Arthas, which is part of why you are in Utgarde in the first place.

Incidentally, DKs during the starting area also get rezzed by these Valkyries. Max of once per 10 mins, if you die you get a free rez by one. Pretty cool :)

The 3% crit talent has been folded into all judgements, so whatever judgement you put up (light, wisdom or justice) you will get the extra 3% crit. Note that the judgements have been changed, so that you will use for example, "Judgement of Wisdom" whilst using Seal of Command.

Seals have been retuned and rescaled in the beta so that they gain from both AP and SP. As there have been changes, I was testing out SoC to see how it performed now. In addition, SoB is currently very dangerous, due to the insane amount of damage it does back to you. 8k crits with SoB are not uncommon, which is over 2k damage back to me. Couple this with SoB proccing off Divine Storm, and you end up dying. A lot.
