@lokallize If you mean with his hand, he's holding it over a stove with the burners on to test his pain tolerance. If you mean afterwards when he's cutting a cross indent into the bullets, he's creating dum dum rounds. Instead of the bullet lodging itself like a slug, it will break on impact and cause 4 entry wounds instead of one, causing significantly more harm than a normal round.
