i got this video and it is not as good as they said it was supposed to be, its basically a long music video that has a two minute loop of one rep from each exercise which gets very boring after a while, warrior puts on the most horrific yell during warm up reps which is just uncalled for, for the little amount of weight he was using.

Understand the benefits of steroids. On one hand, it was extremely popular in the 80's with the appeal of wrestlers like Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Save.

On the other hand, steroids have been perscribed to wrestlers with injuries such as Bret Hart. If it wasn't for steroids, Bret would of never recovered and continued wrestling.

Warrior has been clean from steroids since 91 and I don't blame him for marketing his physique to make a living. Especially while he was still very popular.

I've seen the video. He grabs the 25 pound dumbbell, does 3 sets of 20 reps. After each rep he then instructs the viewer, showing by example, of course, by beating his melon fucking head with the dumbbell. Then he takes a seat, he gets handed a children's book and the test was, if he can actually make out more then 2 words, then he has to go back and hit himself in the head again. Great video, great video.
