I've been to ScareWorld and while the do have an attraction called "13 Floors" it is NOT the same as the infamous 13 floors. Number one, there are only two floors. And it's just like any regular haunted house. It's not the 13th Floor where you have to go 13 floors and then get a refund if you make it to the top. That, sadly, does not exist.

13th Floor / 13 Floors is an Urban Legend. Being in the haunted attraction industry, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to build such attraction and still be within Fire and Building codes. A Haunted attraction is classified as an amusement by the Federal Building Inspectors Association. Therefore, all fire codes and ADA (Americans With Disabiltites Act) rules apply. There would need to be a 1 mile long ramp as a fire exit from the 13th floor. Costs alone prohibit such attraction.  Sorry, no 13 floors

This WAS a haunt in metro Philly, northern Wilmington De, right off I-95. Their last year was 2007. They sold off all their props during the summer of '08, rumor has it over lawsuits.
