I'm doing Monza in an Alfa Romeo GTA (2006) at 2:04.074 and I could maybe reach a high 2:03 but the AI is running 2:01.xxx!! I brake as hard as I can as late as I can but they still run in to me....

now improved to a 2:03.771 but that is pretty much as fast as I can go it seems...

You could try to adjust the suspension settings. I found the in game settings to under steer too much.

I did mess around with the setting some more and am now down to 2:03.074. Improvements from thereon seems very difficult. However, this time was set with Race The WTCC Game and afterwards I have done the same Monza 06 track with the same 06 car in the STCC game wich includes Race 07 and with only gear adjustment I did a 2:01:5xx. That shows that one cannot compare times from Race 06 with Race 07/STCC because I really pushed to get 2:03...

i notice that u play with a wheel and no with the keyboard...do u need to have a very good wheel to play this game or a simple one?

well yes... I have the lowest wheel from Logitech (formula vibration feedback wheel)

I am satisfied with it... played GTR2, this game, LFS and many others.. it is good.. have it now for tow years.. looks just like a brand new wheel all the time :)

You can also use a gamepad, I use a gamepad for now and it works great though I'll be getting a wheel as soon as I can afford it.

That was not a good lap, only 2:05. I got a 2:00 and the WR is around 157:50. Im sure you can drive faster.

oh man.. I even didnt practice... I had that game maybe for 1 hour.. I just record lap and uploaded it here for everyone to see how the game looks.. no lap breaking records ;)

have you set the g-force simulation?(original setting is 0%)

it's more difficult after you set it to 100%.

nope it isnt... better is GTR2 (where you can download tracks cars and many others, physics is better).. or LFS (best physics).. maybe rFactor with addons of course..

did u tweak the car or does it go 229 mph? Also did u have a problem with installing the game then it crashed after installation and said something about minidump? if so wat did u do?

nope.. I didnt tweak.. when I installed the game.. I did a few rounds.. and then record a lap with record.. I dont use tweaks on cars..

and the installation.. I have Hatred rls.. and the game never crash
