  • @Elandrapeach take room temp butter, use your mixer on the butter till its fluffy looking, add in powder surgar, beat till its creamy and fluffy, i go by taste no real recipe and it always works. if its to solid i nuke it for like 5 secs, or if its too thick you can add a drop of milk, and if its too thin, add more sugar :)

  • To make butter cream icing just mix butter and icing sugar :) and i dno the exact mesurments i always do it to taste :) :)

    beat the butter with electric mixture until as pale as possible, slowly add shifted icing sugar while still beating, then add milk. eeaaassssyy peeeaasssyy =]

  • @starlite952 You can make them from the greese proof paper, easily just type in on how to make them, or you can buy them very cheep from good shops.

  • Darn it what are the points of these tutorials (this is the 5th I've looked at) if there is no icing recipe. There's like 10 different ways to make icing so it might help to include that part!

  • @karlauruchurtu ooh u mean like taking it off and putting it on a cake or cupcake?? well u could just do it on the cake or cupcake itself or if you really like the one u did on the paper you can just get a knife or spatula and scrape it off. :)

  • @flavius4god I don't know what recipe her bakery uses, but I finally found a good one that is easy to pipe and tastes good:

    Always use 1/2 stick butter to 1 cup powdered sugar

    1 1/2 sticks softened butter (room temp)

    3 cups powdered sugar

    1 tsp. flavoring of your choice

    1/8 tsp. salt

    2-4 tsps. water (I usually use 2)

    Mix on low speed until fluffy

    Refrigerate when not using, let come to room temp before using)

    I use it for any type of piping decorations

    1 tspn Wilton Flavor (vanilla, almond, or butter)

    1 tblspns wilton meringue powder
