All he has to prove is there is a reasonable chance (51%) he got it from Abdullah. I mean, they both have it, and Devon was clean in 2009. There is video evidence of Abdullah cutting himself and then Devon with the same blade, and Abdullah is known for having double blood matches, for the past 50 years or so. Plus, I'm sure Devon's lawyers have evidence they won't disclose before a trial.

I'm sure Abdullah will have to provide earlier blood tests too, and they'll figure out who got it first quickly. Devon is only 29, he had way less opportunities to catch blood-only-transmitted diseases than Abdullah has at like 70-something. Abdullah did test positive.
