Dude I work a 4 on, 4 off schedule. So, I workout twice a day on my days off, cardio in the morn (9am)...crossfit, insanity, P90X anf TRX. I lift in the afternoon (3pm) kettlebells and freeweights. My problem? I do not know how to properly take my supplements and I dont trust anyone I have yet spoke too! I take Platinum hydro builder, L arginine 5000, BCAA 5000, L-glutamine and MT anabolic halo. Im 49 yrs old, 5'10 168pds about 10% bodyfat....my goal is to cut my bodyfat another 2 or 3%

any advice on lower back pain or i am 18 and fairly new to working out. i hurt my lower back its been sore for a couple of months. what kinds of stretches or exercise could i try to help this ? its like a dull ache all the time sometime down the back of my leg.

I've trained with and without creatine and although some say they don't really believe in it, my reps go through the ceiling when creatine is firing through all the pistons! And just a side note, I take 5g before and sip another 5g during my workout but then I also weigh ALOT. I think consistancy is key here as you always want to stay "topped off". I don't see a need to cycle either if your training.

@krypt5 I never did the loadin phase, and I got pretty damn good results...But, my friend did, and he got FUCKING SWOLE! but than again I'm 6'7 and he is barely 6'1... so obviously he will get better results 10/10 times.
@bigplayray09 I have not lifted for 5 years now bro, so I couldn't tell you! I just quit smoking, had a lung injury, so once the doc gives me the green light I would like to start working out again. That's why I have watched all of your videos, I wanna get serious when I start and get swole. I put on like 20 pounds in the last 2 months, up in the 190-195lb range, so hopefully with proper supplements and workouts I'll be able to get up to 220lb+ lbs and maintain the low bodyfat percentage.
@krypt5 you can skip loading but it takes longer to feel results, loading is to flood your muscles and then you take a smaller amount to keep them topped up. if you dont loude you will still get the same results it just takes longer

Hey Ray let me shoot you with some advice, that loading phase on creatine mono is pure BS. You just end up purring at least 140 g of your creatine as soon as you buy it. If you take the regular dosage of 5 grams per day as soon as you get it your muscles will get saturated just the same. Even the cycling nonsense is pure BS too considering that you loose saturation when you go off for 2 weeks and would have to load again thus losing more creatine in the process. Just my take on it!
