lol you need to put oil in the dash pot of your s.u. the slide is just shaking up and down. also your seat brings tears to my eyes and i haven't even sat on it.
Like the SU, had one on my 1942 Flathead 80" I adapted from a TR4A sports car. It ran and started like a champ. Still have the carb, wish I had the bike. Have a 1984 EVO now.

y is a bikes volume have anything to do with rights who decides what the "RIGHT" side if a circumstance of rights. with no mufflers it runs more efficient less fuel used and a better burn lowering it "emissions" that are destroying the the world. the only infringement on rights is a person saying there is a right Side. @metalfrost Actually it need some tuning. The timming is to far advanced. And sounds like the valve lash is to tight. Need to back the rockers off about .030. And for God's sake put a Super G on it. You are never going to keep that thing tuned.. Other than that, sweet ride man.

luckily i bought this bike with the rigid frame. But every other part is pretty much custom by me and friends. FXR's are great bikes to start with. And there are badass bikes out there that still have a swing arm frame
@Cheeseburgers4Brock i would say you need fantasy and connections;)...than you can costumize your bike...you du it after and after and not all in one;) tires, spokes....than an other fork for example;)
He has covers over the covers. You can see the three small screws on each cover at :57. Personally I hate covers over anything but these look pretty clean.
and what makes you think its made in china? or bought from ebay? I can tell you right now it's not a DNA springer. And those are made in Taiwan anyway, know it all. Looks like he got one from 45 parts depot. Not cheap, lifetime warrente. But I could be wrong. And what kinda rocker covers are those????
eh. they're pretty much the same. If you have the larger springs. Because of the single shock the single kind of rattles left and right. Honestly it's not that great. Maybe the double shocks are better?

I ride a 1999 BMW R1100GS and it sounds great but the volume is very subdued as the stock catalyst and muffler is retained. :-)
