There is something about JRPG's that most games cannot deliver. One of my favorite areas is during Kaim's reunion with a certain Dream Character he has nightmares about, and the emotion put into the gameplay during the "Sendoff". Really a great game.
Lost odyssey is truly one of the most emocional games ever(along MGS and Yakuza series).But I'm stuck on fourth disc when I must protect Numara from those four(don't know how they're called right now),you know who do I mean right? It's simply imposible.Anybody has some tips?I could really use some,I wanna finish the game so much,at least I wanna see Jansen with Ming..... The hole game is tough as nails but you've got such a motivation to still try again,it's just awsome

No, you're absolutely right! It always annoys me when I see the amazing beginning of the game but Kaim looks like he's got a plastic face with no eyebrows or something.
It has to do with the fact that the opening scene took so much work, that changing his face for every single frame was going to be impossible. I fully forgive Mistwalker for that, it's only logical. At least they delivered on their promises, and the game was worth the full 60 euro i dished out for it. =)
True true. Apart from the start- the rest of the game really really delivers. A melancholic masterpiece...although melancholic might be a bit too far. Still- more emotion than any game I've played in a long time. And the music! So good.

never buy this fucking stupid game..it's waste of money...it;s just a like a movie. all u have 2do is just press the button when it comes 2fight...then leave the buttons..it keeps performing on it;s own...u don;t even feel like ur playing this game...it looks so nice when u see the trailer..but once u play...i swear2 god..ur gonna throw the out side,,,
Alright first of all, khayavsker, have you never played an RPG before? Because RPGs are not about random button mashing and reckless aiming, which I'm sure your used too when you play your little shity games on Super Easy Mode. RPGs are about strategy, something you will never have to use in your minimum wage ensured life, you have to carefully plan out the character's actions in order to defeat monsters and bosses. So please tell me, if this game is so 'bad', why don't you recomend one that is?

i only played 10 and 12 bit of 9 tho..10 is awsome completed i countless times...but...im actually 1 of the few people who actually like the ff12 battle system..i thought it was a nice change wouldent mind it being in ff13 tbh..though lostodyssey is awsome too
ales its cuz after X-2 nobuo uematsu (awsome songwriter)and saraguchi (producer and father of ff) got kicked out..they started hating ps3 (like me!) and made blue dragon and lost oddesy (awsome games own em both) on the 360
so umm those 2 made ff 1 trough X-2...its why i got a 360 in the first place =p cuz the final fantasy on ps3 isent the real one..doesent have the story, intensity of the formal ones....

hey ive got a ps3, and to be honest i think that final fantasy 13 is going to be great. but im also getting a 360 for christmas just so i can play lost oddessy, blue dragon and eternal sonata. so everyone stop crying about which games are gunna be best because they are all rpgs anyway. but we all know that final fantasy 13 is going to be an amasing game so dont go dissing it.
Blue dragon looks like an ok game(mainly because it has a teddybear village in it) but lost odyssey looks great because the look and story line looks great.

definatly, Lost Odyssey, blue dragon, cry on, two worlds, far east of eden ziria, infinate undiscovery, too human, assassins creed, bioshock, mass effect, no to mention eternal sonata, overlord....the list keeps going

Alright first of all, khayavsker, have you never played an RPG before? and i really like the turn based RPGs
ARPGs are alright but to hectic and at times not vey story friendly
while JRPGs deliver amazing storys...usually
overall this will be a good game to have on the 360 and a change of pace from all the shooters it has
