Hang on, given that there's no NHS in the States, how much would organ transplant coverage cost in medical insurance? Are there exceptions? Not everyone's as wealthy as Steve Jobs.

If I had his medical history, and his income, I'd retire gracefully and enjoy what is left of a probably limited life, before it is too late. Apple has to be bigger than one person if it is to thrive into the future.

I think Steve Job's pancreatic cancer is not same with Patric Swayze. His was a rare type that can be fixed with medical procedures.
