They do supply sex. It depends on the relationship between the client and the host. Some hosts call up their regular clients a few times a week to accompany them on shopping trips and such and act as their boyfriend. Most hosts' clients are actually hostesses. Hostesses spend their money on hosts and hosts spend their money on clothes. Thats typically how it works. And Yes, I've been a hostess before.
