  • thank you BeechSundowner, i was just looking for IFR communication between Pilot and ATC. i still find it hard to understand what they are saying at times. Thanks again..

  • Whats your Missed approach warning?

  • The middle marker or BRENZ would be my missed approach point.

  • thanx ,so does it always work for all airports and does it make noise or just that light

  • Only at airports that have an ILS have an audible missed approach signal. I am not sure if WAAS GPS precision approaches have an audible marker beacon or not.

The beeping noise at 5.23 in the this video is the middle marker beacon that coincides with the orange blinking light on the panel. At that point is my missed approach.

  • Awesome! :)

  • wow that was awesome nice way to correct the glide slope and to keep the localizer nice vid!!! and landings too!

  • All of your videos are great for learning some practical IFR flying tips. Great for newbies like me that barely have their instrument ticket wet! Keep 'em coming!

  • What does "cleared for the option" mean? I've only ever heard it in American videos.

  • Cleared for the option allows the pilot to land, taxi back, touch and go or "go around".

This was designed to give an instructor the flexibility to say "deer on the runway" to a student and they have to go around.

  • Awsome video man. Love watching listening and learning. Great vid.

  • same here

  • Pegged those needles! The clouds certainly looked low after your first approach as you departed.
