what is DARE?

@rucacammi DARE is or was a program that was especially made for kids. Specially trained officers visited schools and public events and gave/give a lectuce about drugs and violence. The former slogan was DARE to resist Drugs, nowaday they mostly say DARE to resist Durgs/Alcohol, Violence and Gangs. DARE stands for

Drug Abuse Resistance Education.

D.A.R.E came to my school when I was young and talked to us about drugs. The reason their cars are so nice is to show the kids you don't have to do drugs to be cool.

my 3 favorites is the first tricked out crown vic that was wicked and the hearse that one was creepy in a cool way and the garbedge tuck but there all willed nice cop cars also would you now if these cars are patroled or not

the hearse was great isn´t it? i think it is the best vehicle to this kind of cars

the dare cars are used to visit schools and talk to the kids about drugs

they are not all used on dayly patrol duties

so of them are only used for representing the police dare education

the cars have lights and sirens because they are police cars and they are able to respond to emergencies.

but i think the garbadge truck is just for show

hey dare has some great cars i thought dare was a place what is dare cuase it looks like they do different cars or is it across the country club im cunfused great videos if you could explane to me that would be great thanks

D.A.R.E means drug abuse resistance education the cars in the video are from different police departments across the usa, they are not from one police dept.

the police departments often use interesting painted and equipped cars to get attention from the kids. the visit with special programs about drug abuse the schools and teach the kids and teenangers
