I really want to go read this again. I want to be scared shitless again! I have a MASSIVE fear of the things at the end, but SK just rights it SO DAMN WELL!
I remember reading "IT" during my senior year of high school. Since then "IT" became my favorite SK book. What was really cool, when I finished reading "IT", later that same afternoon, I saw the trailer for the TV mini-series. I recognized what it was about 15 seconds into the trailer. I had fun time comparing what a saw to what I had just read and noting the differences. I agree that the book is light-years better but the movie was cool too. I hope, if they remake this, they do it justice.
50 pages a day -- 20 pages a day for a while? Sorry, but who reads 20 pages a day. Especially when it is a book like IT?
I read IT in under a week. And usually read around 100 pages a day of whatever book I am reading. And with IT being so engrossing I would just get through as many pages as I could a day because it was so awesome!!
@MrWildboy94 I'm not attacking you. It just seems like you read at a snails pace. I first read IT when I was attending school and still managed to read well over a hundred pages a day..
@EndlessLaymon You can be rude without "attacking" someone. I don't want to fight, either, but just because you had a lot of free time doesn't mean I did while reading this hahah. I started reading a lot faster after I finishe Under The Dome; it was too good to put down, and I ended up reading about two-hundred pages a day in it toward the end. Now I still get about one-hundred pages in each day.
500 pages in to it. i started a little over a month ago. I love Eddie Kaspbrak and the character development, i havent seen the movie and i dont plan on it i want an open mind
here's how it goes when the kids meet up with pennywise (in the movie)
penny wise appears
shows his teeth
talks about his floating fetish
then does nothing
Why doesn't PW just kill the main kids the first chance he gets?
What's more important?
PW: Oh I got you now Kid. RAAWR!! (About to attack, alarm goes off and he looks at his watch ) Omg! It's almost 4! (Runs off and turns on tv) "IN West Philadelphia born and raised!"
@MrWildboy94 yeah im trying to read as much as i can everyday because it's so long and schools gonna start soon so i wont be able to read as much in the school year :)
@bjs1300 Honestly, after taking it to school and reading fifty pages a day, I have no damn clue! Hahahah :D I have, like, an OCD for the condition of my books, you know?
@Riaz316 Hey, thanks for the comment and the subscription, friend :) and believe me, the book's ending is waaaaaaaaay better than the Miniseries ending and it has a nice little twist hahah. Stick with it, and enjoy!

@BigBoiReviews Eh, I don't blame you hahaha. The movie is okay, but the book is one of the very rare books I'd re-read hahaha.

I hated the miniseries. The book is the absolute best thing I've ever read.
