The tourist was from Woodbridge VA. He was Arab American. The cops, after the shooting started asking bystanders "is he Arab, we heard him speaking Arabic." He was innocent. They got a call about an armed man. Those 2 guys fit the description, police stopped them & u see he gets shot. Afterwards police found out he was an unarmed tourist walkin the streets just like most ppl do in south beach...for the story just google: VA Man Killed in Miami & u will get a bunch of related stories.
