@Hazelwood1996 - This is College in the PS1. The THPS4 in the PS1 port is pretty much a major downgrade from what the PC, PS2, and Xbox has. There are less areas you can be in many areas like for College here, there is no parking lot building and you can't go inside the cafeteria.
